Refund Policy

30% of the TOTAL rental value is NON-REFUNDABLE regardless of when order is canceled or changed!


Full payment of rental items is due a week before Event Date.

Any cancellation 2 weeks to event will result in loss of total payment by the client. Other cancellations after payment of deposit a month to the event will only result in store credit NOT refund.

No refunds 2 weeks to the event. ONLY a STORE CREDIT of 70% will be given.

All deliveries and pick up are done in front of Venue. For all deliveries UPA rentals drivers only deliver to the front of the venue. Any other areas other than the front of the venue is a $50-$100 extra charge.

It is not UPA's Responsibility to set up rented items except otherwise agreed upon by the customer and UPA rentals.

Client is responsible for stacking up all chairs and putting all rental items together ready for pick up. If not done an extra charge of up to $100 will apply.

UPA's property cannot be abandoned under the rain or sun. Customer is responsible for all damages to UPA property.
